Our Commitment to Quality

At Sierra Nevada Coffee Roasters, we roast your coffee fresh to order in small batches. Every bag is roasted with care and quality-checked before it ships. Because of the fresh, perishable nature of our product, we maintain a strict no-return policy.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any coffee products.

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of fresh-roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. All sales are final.

Why This Policy?

  • Food Safety: Once coffee leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee how it has been stored or handled
  • Freshness Guarantee: We roast to order to ensure you receive the freshest product possible
  • Quality Control: Every batch is carefully cupped and quality-tested before packaging

Damaged or Defective Products

While we don't accept standard returns, we stand behind the quality of our coffee. If your order arrives damaged or there's a quality issue with your coffee, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll review your case and, if appropriate, send a replacement or issue store credit.

Order Errors

If we made an error with your order (wrong product, incorrect quantity, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right by sending the correct product at no additional charge.
